These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the World Best Emoji website and the purchase of digital votes (the "Service").

2. Nature of the Service
World Best Emoji is a one-time, limited online experiment designed to determine the world’s best emoji.
- not a subscription
- not a gambling or gaming service
- no accounts or memberships
- no future benefits
3. Digital Product
The only product available is one (1) digital vote, which is delivered instantly and permanently recorded.
4. Contract Formation
A legally binding contract is formed upon successful completion of payment.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. The Service provider does not store payment card information.
6. Instant Fulfillment & Withdrawal
The digital vote is fulfilled immediately. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal does not apply.
7. Limitation and Termination
A maximum of 200,000 votes are available. The Service may be closed, suspended, or terminated at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". No liability is accepted for downtime, errors, or third-party failures.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, layout, and design elements are protected by intellectual property laws.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of the remaining Terms.
